A freedom hire begins with a comprehensive safety briefing and a plan for your trip. Hires include paddles, life-jackets and dry bags for your gear and all our kayaks are fitted with back rests/seats to ensure a comfortable time on the water. We’ll give you a map with a route plan and we certainly recommend a water bottle, hat and sunscreen. We recommend you wear board shorts and a quick dry top that will keep the sun off.
There are both double and single kayaks available and there is no age restriction. Our youngest kayaker was 19 months, with correctly fitting life jacket, and our oldest… stays a secret.
